Area Description: Natural slide on the east slope of Seven Utes Mountain

Weather

Weather Description: Sunny, High 30's, summit winds W approx 40mph

Avalanches

Avalanche Description: Natural slide on east slope of Seven Utes at 11,400 elevation. High ridgetop winds were moving snow into the starting zone. I'm not sure if it was triggered by a cornice drop, or just by rapid loading. The slide occurred at 11:17 am

<b>Figure 2:</b> The slide started in a steep area below the summit cornice, with a crown line that appeared to be 4" deep at the north end, 12-18" deep at the south end.
