• Snowpack Description: 6” new overnight about 12 in past 48 hours.

Avalanches

• Avalanche Description: Triggered new snow avalanche about 6 to 8 inches deep 50 feet wide. One skier caught and carried about 200 ft. Buried only up to knees luckily no injuries or lost gear. ENE aspect believe it was Z chute couldn’t tell if it propagated into Y chute or if another party previously triggered Y chute. Appeared to break at edge of wind slab.
