• Area Description: Wearyman Creek trail just east of Red Cliff

Weather

• Weather Description: 40 degrees and sunny, about 9k elevation, south facing slope.

Snowpack

• Snowpack Description: Snow was fairly hard in the trees, however this was the south facing side of the slope exposed to the sun all day, snowmobiling on south facing slopes elsewhere that day, they were very wet and slushy. My group appeared to be the first to have to ride over the slide path (no way around it as the trail follows the creek).

Avalanches

• Avalanche Description: Avalanche exposed the ground underneath, debris covered the trail. Approximately 20 feet wide and 60 foot high.
