• Weather Description: Intermittent sun and cloud. When sun did pop out , it had an immediate effect softening the snow surface.

Snowpack

• Snowpack Description: Average HS in Basin 160cm. South slopes moist on surface with supportable 5cm melt freeze crust below recent snow. 1F slab beneath this approx 60cm of dry rounds. All highway paths have run to ground so snow already burning off these areas, with bare ground beginning to show.

Avalanches
