High winds; very low visibility, alternating between white-out conditions and clear skies; low temperature. 11,000 ft.

Snowpack Description:
Solid, with persistent slab layer approx. 7 inches down. Wind-blown cornice at top of slide.
Avalanches
Avalanche Description:
Single large slide down eastern-facing slope on skiers right at approximatly 1330. No victims caught in slide, triggered by skier. Location: St. Mary’s Glacier. Aspect: Eastern Face, going down skier’s right. Elevation: 11,000 feet
