Mostly clear, upper teens, moderate west wind @ near TL elevation

Snowpack Description:
Surface conditions had changed dramatically in the same location from Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning. A generally non-reactive storm slab changed overnight to a stiff (1F/P) windslab at near tree line elevation. Plenty of localized cracking and easy shears at this new surface layer.

Avalanche Description:
Natural, R2/D1.5, windslab, ESE aspect 10,000'
Ran on a wind loaded convex terrain feature
Artificial (cornice drop), R4/D2, windslab, NE aspect 10,200'
Crown was 1-3' deep, 150' wide, and ran 300'.
