Accident Summary

PRELIMINARY: A backcountry tourer triggered an avalanche around 12:30 PM on Monday 3/9. The rider strayed off his intended route and triggered an avalanche on a small slope. The avalanche funneled into a creek drainage, compounding the consequence of the avalanche.
